Yasser Abou-Nasr, Vice President of Product/IT

Yasser brings over 10 years of enterprise engineering experience and business solution development to TGate, LLC. He started his career at Motorola Inc in 2000 as a Systems Engineer in the Government and Enterprise Sector (formerly Commercial Government and Industrial Solutions Sector) developing two-way private radio network products. From 2000 to 2006, Yasser’s experiences within the sector accelerated him through Motorola where he managed QA, configuration management, risk, change control board reviews, and contributed as a SME within system architecture/ design groups.

In 2006, he joined Motorola’s Mobile Devices Sector managing an offshore design center for QA, software development, configuration management, and third party ISV’s on the Motorola Q Device Platform. In 2007, Yasser joined Abanco, LLC as the Product Manager for their in-flight and transportation end to end enterprise mobile point of sale solutions. In 2009, Abanco, LLC was acquired by Gate Gourmet and Yasser joined TGATE, LLC. Yasser holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Iowa State University.

 

Pat Ward, Vice President of Sales

Pat is a highly accomplished Business Development Professional with 20+ years of Sales and Sales Management Experience in the technology and payment sectors.

Most recently, Pat served as The Director of Business Development for Century Payments where he oversaw the strategic development of new partners and vertical industries for the company's processing business. Century was recently ranked by INC. Magazine as the "Fastest Growing Private Financial Services Company in the United States" and Pat's sale leadership contributed to the company's diversified growth.

Prior to Joining Century, Pat served as the Director of Merchant Link’s Hospitality Group, creating and managing relationships in the QSR and Fine Dining markets. He managed relationships with many of the leading POS Manufacturers and Major Resellers throughout North America.

Pat has also played instrumental roles in the creation of several technology start-up companies, including Arsenal Digital Solutions, a managed services company providing data recovery and server management solutions to the Fortune 1000. Mr. Ward was the National Sales Manager at Arsenal. which was acquired by IBM Global Services in 2007.

 

Brian Concepcion, Director of Operations

Brian Concepcion, Director of Operations at TGate, is responsible for leading technical operations, deploying projects, and managing the technical support team.

Brian has worked in the payment solutions industry for almost a decade beginning his career as a development support team lead with Go Software. He also worked as a systems engineer with VeriFone and Director of Support for TPI Software. In 2009, Brian joined Hypercom Corporation as the Director of Solutions and Services. At Hypercom, he headed the QA and support departments for the payment solutions software division and facilitated product management and releases. He holds a bachelors degree in Computer Science from Armstrong Atlantic University in Savannah, Georgia and a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from De LaSalle University in Manila, Philippines.
